Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from creating counterfeit diplomas, fake license credentials, phishing materials, distributing malware, or abusing API rate limits.

Issuers must have authority for the credentials they publish and must not misrepresent awards, accreditation, identity, or qualifications. We may investigate reported misuse and restrict access or remove fraudulent content where justified. Verification identifies the platform record; it is not an independent accreditation decision by Certifada.

Customers must comply with sanctions and export-control laws applicable to their use of the service. We may restrict service where required by law. This policy does not represent that every customer or transaction has been screened against every sanctions list worldwide.
