# 1. Subscription Billing Cycles & Currency
The checkout or accepted order states the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and any recurring charge. Subscriptions renew as disclosed at purchase until cancelled. Cancel through available billing controls or contact support@certifada.com before renewal. Cancellation does not itself erase credential records; the Privacy Policy explains retention.
# 2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund of their initial subscription payment within 14 calendar days of signup by contacting support@certifada.com with the account and payment reference. Other refunds follow the accepted purchase terms and applicable law. Statutory cancellation and refund rights are not limited by this policy.
# 3. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades
Review the effective date and any prorated charge or credit shown before confirming a plan change. The accepted change controls when new limits apply. Downgrading or cancelling does not automatically revoke previously issued credentials. Separate credential packs and add-ons follow their purchase terms.
# 4. Corporate Invoicing & Tax Details
Invoices reflect the billing information supplied and taxes required for the transaction. Bank transfer, credit terms, and procurement arrangements require written agreement; Net 30 is not automatic.
